If we haven’t met yet, welcome! I’m Madison, a personal trainer, life coach, and the founder of Trophy Life Wellness—and I couldn’t be more excited to help you on your journey to a stronger, healthier, and more fulfilled life.
When I was younger, I struggled deeply with depression and a lack of confidence that made everyday life feel heavy. That all changed when I discovered fitness in my late teens. The gym wasn’t just a place to work out—it became a space where I rebuilt myself, both physically and mentally. I fell in love with the mindset shifts, discipline, and empowerment that came with it, and I knew my purpose was to help others experience the same transformation.
Now, with nearly a decade of experience in personal training and over a year of life coaching, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless individuals build both physical strength and mental resilience. I hold multiple certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have dedicated my career to helping people reshape their bodies, habits, and mindsets for long-term success.
