SOUND FAMILIAR?
You don't need another plan you're great at following for two weeks.
Maybe you've tried to “get back on track” more times than you can count.
You do great when motivation is high and life is cooperating—but the second work gets busy, your schedule changes, you're tired, you travel, or something unexpected happens, your wellness routine is the first thing to go.
Then comes the familiar promise:
I'll start again Monday.
The Steady Method was built to help you break that cycle.
Instead of teaching you how to follow a perfect routine, you'll spend six weeks learning how to build wellness that can change with your life without disappearing from it.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Six weeks. One goal: make wellness easier to keep.
Over the course of The Steady Method, you'll learn how to:
Week 1 — Build Your Baseline
Understand what wellness looks like in your actual life and identify where you want things to feel different.
Week 2 — Define Your Minimums
Create a realistic version of wellness you can maintain when time, energy, or capacity is low.
Week 3 — Choose Your Steady Habit
Choose one meaningful behavior to practice consistently—and I'll personally review it before adding your finalized habit to your program calendar.
Week 4 — Make Room for Enjoyment
Make space for hobbies, recreation, downtime, and things that make your life feel good to live.
Week 5 — Adapt, Don't Abandon
Learn how to adjust your wellness plan when life changes instead of throwing it away and starting over.
Week 6 — Build Your Steady Plan
Take what worked and create a realistic plan you can carry with you after the program ends.

WHO IT'S FOR
The Steady Method might be for you if...
You want to take better care of yourself, but you're tired of wellness feeling like another thing you have to do perfectly.
You've struggled with consistency because your plans tend to work for your ideal week instead of your real one.
You want structure without rigidity.
You want to exercise regularly, eat well, recover, and build better habits—but you also want room for work, family, travel, hobbies, rest, and an actual life.
And most importantly, you're ready to stop measuring success by how perfectly you follow a plan.
You want to learn how to keep going.
You don't need another fresh start.
You need a version of wellness you can come back to again and again—through busy weeks, good weeks, hard weeks, vacations, schedule changes, and everything in between.
That's what we're building.
Six weeks. $85. HOME or GYM.
Live a life worth winning.
